The Colgate Bright Smiles, Bright Futures^TM Global Art Competition

Win $500 for the classroom

Ask your students or child to create artworks showing “Why my bright smile is important”

Fill out an entry form and parent agreement for each student
Complete the form below and attach each student’s artwork and entry form with parent agreement.

Tips:

Artwork should be bright, colorful, and meaningful
If you use words, choose ones that are easy to read
Judges look for originality and creativity
Artwork must be original, created by the student without assistance from others.
Have fun!

The student with the winning artwork will receive a $250 scholarship
